Mr. Stern is a seasoned executive with a proven track-record of over three decades. He served in executive roles as CEO and Chairman as well as an active hand-on investor in hi-tech companies, specializing in machine vision, fiber optics, defense-tech, communication solutions, aerospace, and homeland security. Mr. Stern spent most of his business career in the United States, running both public and private companies with global operations. He has built and turned around several international corporations, growing them from a few million dollars to hundreds of million dollars in revenue, most of them traded in US public markets and all of them encompassing multi-disciplinary technologies and operations across 3-4 continents.
Among the companies that Mr. Stern has led, some of which he eventually sold, were Wordstar International Inc., Kellstrom Industries Inc., DVTEL Inc., Bogen Corporation, and FiberSensys LLC. Through the development of effective strategies and rigorous execution, Mr. Stern implemented methodologies that resulted in organic growth and generated attractive M&A opportunities for scaling up the businesses, ultimately increasing shareholders’ value.
Mr. Stern earned a B.Sc. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from TAU, an M.A. in International Relations from NYU, as well as a Diploma in Automation and Mechanical Engineering. He is a Graduate of the IAF Academy, a Lt. Colonel (Ret.), an F-15 fighter pilot and an ex-D. Squadron Commander.

Mr. Nedivi has been the CEO of several technology companies, including Cyalume Technologies Inc., a world leader in chemical-lighting solutions that manufactures chemiluminescent ammunition and infra-red devices used by U.S. and NATO military forces as well as law enforcement agencies. He was also the COO of Lumenis Ltd., a world-leading developer of innovative energy-based technologies, where he was directly responsible for 1,000 employees on 5 continents. From 1990-2005, he was the CEO of Kellstrom Industries, Inc., a supply chain and advanced data management company. While CEO of Kellstrom, he grew the company from $8M to $330M over a 5-year period including nine acquisitions. A graduate of the Israel Air Force Academy, he was a F-15 fighter Pilot for seven years and held the rank of major. He is an international businessman with a global network of contacts at innovative companies across the globe.

Neni Rubin is the Vice President of Nano Dimension Global Human Resources and brings more than 19 years of experience with her. She has a demonstrated history in Talent Management, Career Development, HR Consulting, Coaching and Strategy. Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Mrs. Rubin has successfully built and formed the HR Department at PANGEA IT, developing the fundamental structure and culture in the company. Further, she was the Senior Human Resource Manager at Philip Morris International of the Israel commercial division for more than 10 years. She holds a certificate in coaching from the Israel Coaching Association and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Open University of Israel.

Nick Geddes co-founded Global Inkjet Systems (GIS) and has been CEO and CTO for over fifteen years. GIS is renowned in the industrial inkjet industry for its leading R&D, products and services. Nick has remained deeply involved in both the technical and commercial areas of GIS, driving innovative solutions from conception through to product. With knowledge and experience spanning electronics, logic, software, algorithms and beyond, Nick has brought together and led multi-disciplinary teams to partner with customers in delivering high quality, high performance systems in the digital printing space.
Prior to GIS, Nick worked in inkjet consultancy, and for six years at USB Investment Bank as a Director in Debt Capital Markets. Nick has a Master’s degree from Cambridge University in Computer Science.
Nick is the Senior CTO of Nano-Dimension.

Tomer comes to Nano Dimension with more than 18 years of global experience in finance, M&A and operations management. Tomer demonstrated ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency.
He recently served as CFO at Kryon Systems LTD, a global company that offers Intelligence Robotic Process Automation for enterprises digital transformation solution, responsible for all financial management, legal and revenue operations functions. Tomer was in charge of Kryon’s ongoing fund-raising and led Kryon in its acquisition by Nintex Inc.
Prior to joining Kryon, Tomer served as CFO at myThings Inc, a personalized retargeting company providing advertisers with display ads in real time. Previously, Tomer served as CFO at DVTEL INC, a developer of IP video surveillance solutions, where he led the due diligence, negotiation and acquisition of DVTEL by FLIR Systems Inc. Tomer experience also includes working at top public accounting firms, including PwC in New York.
Tomer is a graduate of the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School and holds a B.A in Accounting and Finance from the College of Management.

Dale Baker has joined the Company as President of Nano Dimension – Americas, where he will head the expansion of Nano Dimension’s U.S. operations as well as lead worldwide sales activity and execute on the Company’s current organic and mergers and acquisitions growth strategy. Baker will report to Zivi Nedivi, Global President of Nano Dimension.
As of 2023, Baker has also been appointed as the global Chief Revenue Officer.
Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Baker served as CEO or President for seven businesses, during which he participated in the acquisition and subsequent integration of over twenty-five companies. Baker began his career at GE where he went on to hold a variety of key leadership roles in several businesses.
Baker graduated from Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and from Duke University with an MBA.

Since 2015 Mr. Peled was the VP of Business Unit Professional Security, with $120 million in annual revenues, which offers integrated end-to-end security system ranging from advanced optical and thermal cameras, open-platform command & control software and AI analytics. In mid-2017 Peled was assigned as the VP, General Manager of the Security Enterprise Business. Previously, Peled was the COO/CRO of DVTEL Inc., Video Management Software company. It was acquired by FLIR Systems Inc. in late 2015, for $94 million. Previously, Mr. Peled was the President & CEO of Apollo Network Services Ltd., a private company that manages large projects in the field of Defense, Energy and Transportation for Finmeccanica, multi-billion-Euros Corporation, and one of the largest European organizations of its kind. He was also the CEO of Flash Networks Ltd., a technological leader offering Mobile Data Access Gateway, with top-tier customers such as AT&T Wireless, T- Mobile, SFR and Vodafone Omnitel. Previously, Mr. Peled was the CEO of Bogen Communication Int’l, NJ, based in Ramsey, New Jersey, and Munich, Germany, which develops, manufactures, and markets telecommunication peripherals, sound processing equipment, and wire & wireless carriers’ software.
Earlier in his career Mr. Peled spent 20 years with Elbit Systems, a multi-billion-dollars international Defense Company engaged in a wide range of electronics related programs worldwide, in the areas of avionics, ground and navy systems, C4I and advanced electro-optics technologies. As VP Operations he has ran the R&D and Engineering Division, employing over 1,000 researchers and engineers. He was appointed as the GM of Elbit Communications Division, which included CTV plant, Data Communication company and Telephony over Cable TV project in China.

Nir brings an extensive experience in R&D management from various multi-disciplinary companies and positions. Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Nir has served as the VP of R&D Engineering at Xjet, leading the development of an Additive Manufacturing system for metals and ceramics. Nir has more than 20 years of engineering development experience from companies such as Applied Materials, Objet (later Stratasys) and Elbit Systems. Nir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Dotan Bar-Natan is a veteran attorney with extensive corporate and commercial legal experience spanning over 20 years. Mr. Bar-Natan joined Nano Dimension as the General Counsel in December 2023.
Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Mr. Bar-Natan served for a decade as the General Counsel of SodaStream International Ltd., where he was responsible for all global legal and compliance affairs, including, corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial, litigation, intellectual property, compliance, and insurance. Mr. Bar-Natan co-led the acquisition of SodaStream by PepsiCo for US$ 3.2 billion. Prior to SodaStream, Mr. Bar-Natan worked for ten years at leading law firms in Tel Aviv.
Mr. Bar-Natan holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, magna cum laude, from the Tel Aviv University. He is a member of the Israeli Bar Association and the New York State Bar.

Steve gained significant RF and microwave experience over the past 30 years while designing circuits, silicon, GaAs MMICs and large RF systems. He also lectured on the Oxford University CPD course “Successful RF PCB Design” for 12 years. He has a wealth of knowledge in the manufacture of electronic and mechanical assemblies, and now brings this, plus his extensive management and interpersonal skills, to his role leading Global Inkjet Systems (GIS).
Before joining GIS, Steve was VP Engineering and VP Operations at CRFS Ltd, producing the world leading spectrum analysis hardware and software. Prior to this he held the positions of Principle Engineer at Cambridge Consultants and Senior Technical Consultant at Plextek, the two leading RF consultancies in the Cambridge area. Steve hold a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Southampton University.

Dr. Eli David, a director of the company, is a leading AI expert specializing in deep learning and evolutionary computation. He has published over fifty papers in leading artificial intelligence journals and conferences, mostly focusing on applications of deep learning and genetic algorithms in various real-world domains. For the past fifteen years, he has been teaching courses on deep learning and evolutionary computation, in addition to supervising the research of graduate students in these fields. He has also served in numerous capacities successfully designing, implementing, and leading deep learning-based projects in real-world environments.
Dr. David received the Best Paper Award in 2008 Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference, the Gold Award in the prestigious “Humies” Awards for Human-Competitive Results in 2014, and the Best Paper Award in 2016 International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks. He is the developer of Falcon, a Grandmaster-level chess playing program based on genetic algorithms and deep learning, which reached the second place in World Computer Chess Championship.
Dr. David has co-founded several successful deep learning-based companies, recognized by Nvidia as the “Most Disruptive AI Startup”, and selected by the World Economic Forum as Technology Pioneer. Dr. David also serves as an AI consultant to several Fortune 500 companies, and major venture capital and private equity firms. He is a frequently invited speaker in prominent AI venues, and a member of Forbes Technology Council.

Eri Rubin is a renowned expert in the field of high-performance computing for deep learning, with 15+ years of experience working in the field of HPC. In various capacities he has led complex real-world projects involving large-scale AI deployments requiring computation acceleration on modern hardware architectures, including GPU, CPU x86 and ARM, and ASICs. He is also an experienced researcher and developer in the fields of computer vision and computer graphics. Eri has a Master’s degree with honors in Computer Science from the Hebrew University, in the field of massively parallel high-performance computing.
Eri is the GM DeepCube and VP of AI R&D leading the teams who are conducting advanced deep learning research, as well as the teams developing DeepCube’s proprietary deep learning inference engine.

Merav Reshef has been with Nano Dimension since 2018. She is the VP of AM Program Management and has over 20 years of experience in professional, leadership and consulting roles at high-tech, global companies.
Her experience includes Building talent and learning development infrastructure, Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Organizational Transformation Programs, Sales Enablement and GTM.
Merav has a master’s degree in management and organizational development from Tel Aviv University.
